Nate Holloman


Nate serves as the Director of Construction for The Frontier Group, overseeing all projects from start to finish. He has a strong background in construction including historical renovations, multi-family development, and custom homes. His responsibilities include plan development, cost estimating, scheduling, project management oversight, and cost control. Nate is a licensed general contractor in the state of Kansas in both residential and commercial construction.

In addition to running Frontier Construction, Nate is very active on numerous boards related to construction and development. Nate’s vision to see a project through from conception to completion makes him a vital part of the success of The Frontier Group.

  • 2017-Present: Obtained Residential and Commercial General Contractors License
  • 2018: General Contractor for award winning historic Preservation Project (The Avalon)
  • 2018-2020: Donated General Contractor services for multiple Habitat for Humanity home builds
  • 2020-2021: Member of the Manhattan Young Professionals Steering Committee
  • 2021: Co-Chair for the Love MHK committee for HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Emerge)
  • 2021: Board of Directors Flint Hills Area Builders Association
  • 2022: Vice President of the Flint Hills Area Builders Association
  • 2022: General Contractor for the award winning Historic Preservation Project (The Limerick)
  • 2022: Hosted Governor Laura Kelly at the Limerick in support of workforce housing

Nate lives in Manhattan, KS with his wife, Bri and their daughter Addy. In his spare time Nate enjoys traveling, running, and relaxing by the pool.
